Jen has been passionate about health and fitness since she was in high school and is driven to help improve people’s live through fitness. She emphasizes the importance of strength training for both health and body composition. Jen graduated from the George Washington University with a degree in Exercise Science, and has worked closely with GW’s expert faculty in the fields of weight management and human performance.
