Bio

Michael appreciates the sport of fitness for its constantly varied workouts, the benefit of working with experienced fitness professionals, the fun benefits derived from being a functional athlete (like throwing his kids WAY up high in the pool or playing with them on the monkey bars), and the community of friends at the gym he works out with and helps grow as athletes. As a father, Michael enjoys being an ambassador for fitness to young people and helping people of all ages improve their lifestyle through increased work capacity.
